How we protect your data

Bank statements are sensitive. Here is exactly what happens to yours.

In transit

Every connection uses HTTPS. The site sits behind Cloudflare, and our server accepts no web traffic except through Cloudflare's encrypted tunnel.

While we have it

• Your files are only used to convert them for you. We don't sell data or use your statements to train AI.
• PDF passwords are used once to unlock the file and never stored.
• Other users can't see your files: every file is tied to your account (or your browser if you're not signed in).
• Passwords are stored hashed. You can also sign in with Google.

Deleted automatically

• Not signed in: 24 hours.
• Free account: 7 days. Starter: 90 days. Bookkeeper and Firm: 12 months.
• Switch on "auto-delete after 24 hours", delete files one by one, delete everything, or delete your account at any time.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.
